You can either choose to create a generic "GDG DevFest" logo or a customized logo for the DevFest planned by your chapter:

For GTUG chapters planning to host DevFest events:

Suggestions would be to make your GTUG logo the background image of the generated logo (using the second tool above).
Else you could put below the generic GDG DevFest logo something like "Organized by" with your own GTUG logo below.
